UNCW Hockey

UNCW hockey is a culture within itself. It is a brotherhood that is selfless, dedicated, and committed to making the team the main focus. UNCW hockey strives to build a championship tradition - one practice, one game at a time.

UNCW Hockey consists of student/athletes that love to play the game of hockey. We are here to not only grow and bond together as a team but to represent UNCW and our Community with character and pride. UNCW hockey is here to build and sustain a championship culture that the school and the city of Wilmington can be proud to support. We play hard, play smart, play together, and are here to deliver as many ACC, Regional, and National Championships as possible to ourselves, the school, and our fans.

In building a championship tradition at UNCW, we buy into our culture and trust each other to do so.  We accept our roles, and in doing so, the team becomes a well-oiled machine.  We work hard every practice & game, play unselfishly by putting the team first, and play as one unit instead of a group of individuals.


At UNCW, we hold each other accountable to train like champions, compete relentlessly, and overcome all obstacles and adversities as a team.
